Lesson information
This is a perfect experiment for spring. As we started planning for the spring garden we did this experiment to allow the kids to germinate their garden beans in April. Once the beans were big enough and frost had left in our area, we planted the plants outside. They love eating the beans off the vine all summer!
This lesson examines the life cycle of a plant through hands-on experiment and observations.
